About Ross

I have been involved in the fitness industry for around 10 years now, having started coaching in college when i was studying sport and exercise science. It was during my time on this course that I gained experience in the health and leisure industry as well as filling out my work experience hours in the Hilton hotel gym and spa.

Following my time at college. I then went on to study a Bsc in Strength and Conditioning Science. It was here that I established a keen interest in athletic development having completed an internship in a Strength and Conditioning based facility while maintaining relations with my clients through personal training.

Over the years I have managed to adapt my coaching philosophy as well as my knowledge of sport, health and exercise to allow me to help anyone regardless of their circumstances achieve their goals. In having a wealth of both knowledge and experience in many areas of the industry, i am confident that I will be able to help anyone achieve success!
